Jarred Garza

ARCHETYPE STUDIOS is owned and operated by Jarred Garza, a seasoned Fashion & Costume Designer, Production Manager, Consultant, Design Instructor & Fashion Show Producer. With a diverse background that includes establishing a wholesale clothing line (Ric Rac Clothing Company) and two retail stores (Ric Rac in Pasadena and Archetype in San Francisco), Jarred has honed his skills in fashion & costume design, event production, fashion show styling, and collaboration with emerging designers, start-ups, and major brands.

After graduating from FIDM, Jarred began his career as an intern for renowned designer Jeremy Scott, followed by a design assistant position with Joseph Walker. He has since worked on a variety of artistic projects, including costume design and construction for Disney in LA, Teatro Zin Zanni in SF, LA Opera, SF Opera and SF Ballet as well as collaborating with drag performers & acrobats.

At ARCHETYPE STUDIOS, we offer a wide range of design services, including ready-to-wear clothing, couture, bridal, costumes, children’s wear, menswear, lingerie, accessories, and soft goods. Jarred has produces yearly fashion shows for CCA, and also provides private design instruction. We take pride in our collaborative approach and commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients.
